I’m a freelance software craftsman living in Düsseldorf, Germany.
I’m in the business since 2000, I had been working for IBM Italy for more than three years, and then moved to freelancing in Italy and later in Germany. |
| I’m the author of the book Java Enterprise Edition 5 - Progettazione e sviluppo di applicazioni Web published by Hoepli on June 2006
and co-author of Patterns: Direct Connections for Intra- and Inter-enterprise (IBM Redbooks, October 2003). |

| On 2002 I founded the Java User Group Milano an organization that now counts more than 330 members, recently awarded by Sun Microsystem as one of the 50 most important Java User Groups worldwide. I still dedicate a lot of my freetime to this organization. We have a website, a mailing list, a podcast, and we organize monthly meetings in Milan. I write articles, blog posts, screencasts and books about software and technology; I’m a regular speaker at italian and international conferences, and a open source enthusiast developer. I’m an amateur photographer, an avid reader and a passionate traveller… if just I had enough time |

And, obviously, I have a blog. |
